Before founding her own CPA firm, Central & Co. in 2000, Cecilia was senior executive of a Hong Kong listed Company , Hong Kong Ferry as well as the Financial Controller of China Pacific Group. China Pacific Group is an investment arm of Indonesian Tycoon Mr Liem Sioe Liong. Prior to that, Cecilia was the Chief Accountant of Tak Wing Investment (Holdings) Ltd.

Cecilia has been the company secretary for listed company in Hong Kong whose major business is in electrical appliances retailing and property development in China. With more than 15 years solid experience in the finance and auditing field, Cecilia has specialized in internal control and auditing for IPO preparation, corporate financial management and planning. Cecilia has exposed herself to various industries such as manufacturing, trading, investment and services covering international markets including China.

Wilson Tang -

Educated in Hong Kong, Sydney of Australia

After graduating with an accounting degree and a Masters degree in Finance from the Univerity of Technology, Sydney, Wilson joined Central & Co. in Hong Kong. As a practicing CPA Wilson has carried out audits for a wide variety of business of varying sizes. These include trading, catering
and investment companies. In particular, Wilson has focussed on Japanese companies such as Hong Kong Toyo Corporation Ltd, Shinsei Printing Ltd.,
Konaka Industrial (H.K.) Ltd many of whom have overseas offices in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining Central & Co, Wilson worked in hospital.
